The quietness of the rooms was great. The breakfast was brilliant and full of variety. Staff pleasant. Hotel centrally located very close to the large shopping Square and many restaurants and bars. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Slippers and bathrobe provided for the spa. Don't forget to ask reception to turn on the hamman as otherwise it's off. It takes about 15 mins to heat up.

Have stayed here numerous times - never dissapoints - we were here to see the Tour de France - staff were very helpful. CF is a great city and perfect for a stop off on a journey south. Had dinner in hotel - very good quality dining. Really handy tram stop outside. Safe parking underneath hotel. Perfect!

This was our second stay at this establishment which is easy to find, has secure underground parking, comfortable and well appointed rooms, Rituals toiletries, a spacious walk-in shower, plus friendly and helpful reception staff

Our room was modern and clean. I appreciated how quiet it was. The hotel is well located with easy access to shops, restaurants and park. There is a secure car park. Staff were welcoming. There is a bar and a gym.

Nice friendly welcoming staff. Large secure car park below hotel for which there is a charge. Hotel only a 10 minute walk from centre of Clermont. Nicely finished and comfortable room.

Very nice big room with nice view on the mountains while good located, 5 min walk from center/shops/park. Very good breakfast in a wonderful decorated room. Jacuzzi is for free ! People super nice !

satisfied with room and dinner and breakfast at hotel, close to city center, plenty of available parking lots in the hotel underground. Perfect for my visit to the 2 celtiques museums at Bibracte and Gergovie.
