Welcoming staff. They always said 'Bonjour' or 'Bonsoir' when I walked past reception. Willing to explain everything and to help in every way. Wished me well as I left hoping I'd come back next year.

The room was fantastic The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice but a tad expensive at€20 each.

The quietness of the rooms was great. The breakfast was brilliant and full of variety. Staff pleasant. Hotel centrally located very close to the large shopping Square and many restaurants and bars. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Slippers and bathrobe provided for the spa. Don't forget to ask reception to turn on the hamman as otherwise it's off. It takes about 15 mins to heat up.

Good-sized room with large shower area. Lovely view from the bedroom. Lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Have stayed here numerous times - never dissapoints - we were here to see the Tour de France - staff were very helpful. CF is a great city and perfect for a stop off on a journey south. Had dinner in hotel - very good quality dining. Really handy tram stop outside. Safe parking underneath hotel. Perfect!

We loved our one night stay there. The staff were very welcomed and helpful. Room very clean and comfy. Jacuzzi and steam room included in the price. Great location, very close to city centre and variety of restaurants.
